Come join us! Whether you're here for a short visit or would like to try a class for a number of sessions before you commit to a 6-month subscription you are welcome. 

Individualized Training

$120 / mo for 6-month membership subscription ($270 total)

  • 2x / wk one-on-one, customized sessions coached by our staff. (We take into account your preferences and goals, but also what you need to become a more functional and effective mover.)

  • Personalized attention, goal setting, progress assessments.

  • Plus attend as many group sessions as you like

Maybe you've missed a session and you'd like to make it up and you want to make sure that your movement pattern is perfect. Or it could be that you're really eager to master a skill you've been working on and you need just a little bit of extra focus and attention.

Why a 6-month commitment?

Human movement patterns shares a structure that’s similar to martial arts, gymnastics, or parkour in that one foundational skill builds on another. That’s why it’s very difficult to make any significant progress at all if the effort is hit or miss. Remember, there is no risk - you may cancel if necessary at any time.

If you’re visiting from out of town or want to see what the sessions are all about please feel free to contact me to set up an initial chat and a one-session drop-in - (first session is free). But if you’re serious about thriving as a capable ‘mover’ I challenge you to make a commitment. You’ll be glad you did!
