With each skill I was seeing improvement. Within a few months I not only felt muscle tone, I also went down 4 sizes! My biggest victory has been the growing capability to complete moves and skills that I couldn't the first day. Each class brings a new victory and I'm gaining strength that I notice in my daily life - I have more energy and feel more like myself. I'm rediscovering the athlete within and that stronger version of myself.
The mixture of accountability, peer motivation, dynamic movement, and instruction on proper form has helped keep our fitness fun while getting a very good workout.
